  • Hours should be in spurts of 2 hours max with breaks

  • We don’t shoot until the end of event- hard stop time

  • Food/ coffee/water provided for team


  • Signage for the installation , include something in the signage about leaving photos up until the end of the night

  • Venue to provide stands so that the display can stay up long after we are packed up- that way the display can be enjoyed all night

  • At the end of the night, we will take photos of the images with write ups. (this is why we ask for photos to stay up until the end)

  • Our set up requires 2- 15A plugs

  • Tables in 6 foot length covered

  • 4 chairs

  • Event & Guest dependant

  • Extra charge for additional hours, printed books or digital delivery of images

  • Travel costs are covered by client
